**Alameda Health System has a special program called Project DULCE. Project DULCE addresses social determinants of health and promotes the healthy development of infants from birth to six months. DULCE adds a family specialist to the pediatric care team to support families by connecting them to home visits, legal consultation and resources that support healthy child development.**
